Holland Hello is not a government agency, immigration office, law firm, tax advisor, or other certified professional service provider. We do not offer legal representation, legal advice, or act on behalf of any governmental or official body.

You remain fully responsible for:

• Submitting applications, documents, and forms yourself.

Holland Hello is not liable for any actions you take based on our guidance, nor for any consequences, delays, or rejections from official authorities.

4. Payments & Fees

4.1. Pricing
All fees for services are stated in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due prior to the start of any service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3. Refunds
Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. Services already provided are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a booked service, you must notify us in writing (email) at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made later than this may be charged in full.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

• Inform us promptly of any changes in your situation that may affect our ability to assist you.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holland Hello and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or reliance on any information provided.
